* The Malaysian Software Testing Board (MSTB) is a member of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) that regulates the accreditation process and certification regulations for the Malaysian software industry.

* Officially founded in 2002 as an International Software Testing Qualifications Board in Edinburgh, the ISTQB is responsible for the international qualification scheme called "ISTQB Certified Tester". The ISTQB's role is to support a single, universally accepted, international qualification scheme, aimed at software and system testing professionals, by providing the core syllabi and by setting guidelines for accreditation and examination for national boards.

We are happy to announce that the corporate exercise involving the  Reverse-Takeover of ISS Consulting Solutions Berhad (ISS) was completed on 14 April 2010.

Following the completion of this exercise, Formis Resources Berhad (FRB)  through Formis Holdings Berhad, now holds approximately 59% equity interest in ISS. In this regard, ISS is now a subsidiary of FRB.

ISS is listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa), while FRB is listed on the Main Market of Bursa.
