Wang Corporation Sdn Bhd (WCSB) though incorporated in 1975, was deployed into the technology business of Formis Group in August 2009. Formis Resources Berhad held its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 9 September 2009. Chairman Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Megat Najmuddin said at a press conference after the AGM, that the Group which turned around with a profit before tax of RM15.6 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2009, continued to perform positively in the first quarter with a profit of RM4.83 million for the period ended 30 June 2009. Tan Sri is confident that earnings will be strong in the remaining three quarters of the financial year.

The New Commercial Courts (NCC) were launched on 1st September 2009 by YAA Tun Dato' Seri Zaki bin Tun Azmi, Chief Justice Malaysia. A simple launch ceremony was held at Kompleks Makhamah Kuala Lumpur witnessed by guests/ representatives from the Bar Council, Pemudah and the local media.
