Wed 3rd Dec 2008 at SMI

Formis Computer Services - Presales Division organized a lunch gathering for all presales within the Formis group of Companies. This is a gesture of thanks to those who worked with us and an opportunity to get to know each other for future business deals.

The following companies participated:

FST, DGB, CLS, TERA, FSSB, ABS & FBS. FNS was unable to attend due to tender submission but were excited and kind enough to offer 2 gifts as their contribution to the Lucky Dip. In the spirit of Christmas, this lunch was a personal sponsorship. There was a Christmas gift exchange and Lucky Dip that created some excitement. Bernard from Tera contributed the Christmas cake!!! Had alcohol… he said.

It was interesting hearing each company delivering a 1 minute sales pitch whilst having sparkling non-alcohol wine.

Over lunch, CLS discussed an opportunity for storage and media for a big client. Formis Media hear ye hear ye!!!.

FSI - Cessation of business Author or Last edited by: Jenny Ong

We wish to inform that PT Formis Solusi Indonesia (FSI) has ceased its business operations in Jakarta.

FSI commenced business in July 2000. It was set up with the objective of becoming a leading IT solution provider in Indonesia. However, after intense scrutiny of FSI’s progress over its eight years of operations, Management felt that it have not been successful in meeting this objective. As a result of this and various issues and constraints, it was decided that the best measure to take at this point in time is to cease FSI’s business operations until further notice.

With this exercise, FSI is now an inactive wholly-owned subsidiary of Formis Holdings Berhad.
