Formis Resources Berhad (Formis) have just conducted its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Sime Darby Convention Center. It was a busy morning for the Company Secretary and her team registering and dishing out doorgift to the shareholders. Then the Board of Directors headed by its Chairman Tan Sri Dato' Seri Megat Najumuddin had a smooth session with the shareholders.
