The Foreign Investment Committee on 10th April 2007, have approved Formis Resources Berhad (FRB)'s acquisition of an additional 39.77% equity interest in
Com-Line Systems Sdn Bhd, on the condition that Com-Line increases its Bumiputra equity interest of at least 30% before 30 June 2009.
