First Solution had recently brought our business partners who are eligible for our annual incentive reward; My First Holiday, to Chiang Mai, Thailand. What was supposed to be a session for First Solution to entertain and make our business partners feel appreciated felt somehow reversed.

Tengku Azran, the Managing Director from Sigma Rectrix who had turned up fashionably late at the airport sometimes took over the microphone from the Siamese tour leader to share his jokes. Good to have a bunch of very sporting business partners who participated in all the tour activities such as elephant and ox cart riding, river rafting, the royal sit down dinner.

It was also good to have a very knowledgeable tour guide who went his way out to ensure we don't get cheated by the local sellers.

We came back rich of historical knowledge about Chiang Mai and also gained more wholehearted view of each of our business partner.
